  • Pay fees as agreed in our service agreements

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are as agreed in individual service agreements. Payment terms are typically net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment of fees.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters. This obligation continues beyond the termination of our professional relationship.

We will not disclose confidential information except as required by law, with your consent, or as necessary to provide our services.
