Today (January 5, 2026), we take a moment to reflect on our journey and to express our appreciation for someone who has been a strategic and enduring part of Persek. Salaki & Salaki for three decades, Ms. Lina Setiadi.
Since joining Salaki & Salaki in 1996 as a Junior Finance, Ms. Lina has accompanied the firm through its growth, navigating various phases, challenges, and changes. Over the years, she has not only managed numbers but has also safeguarded stability, order, and the trust of SALAKI’s clients.
Ms. Lina’s career journey is a true reflection of perseverance and consistency. With strong analytical skills and an exceptional work ethic, she continued to grow and was eventually entrusted with the role of Finance Manager. Beyond titles and positions, she is known for working with great care, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility in every task she undertakes.
“Ms. Lina never likes to delay things; she is extremely organized,” said Dyah Rizqi, Receptionist.
“To me, Ci Lina is like a pillar that never appears on the Balance Sheet, yet plays a crucial role in determining the company’s strength,” shared Oki Merina - Junior Tax Manager.
Meanwhile, Agus Widodo, Internal Operational Manager, who has worked alongside Ms. Lina for the past 15 years, described her in a meaningful way:
“She is not only diligent, but if a clean desk competition were ever held, Ci Lina would undoubtedly be the winner.”
