Reduction and Waiver of PBB and its Administrative Sanction

DKI Jakarta Governor issued Governor Regulation No. 103 Year 2016 (PerGub DKI Jakarta No. 103 Tahun 2016) on April 22, 2016 to provide facility to taxpayers on DKI Jakarta Land & Building Taxes (PBB).

DKI Jakarta Government provides PBB reduction up to 50% on PBB from years prior to 2013 that has not been paid. The corresponding interest sanction is also waived.
