PMK 213/PMK.03/2016 Transfer Pricing Documentation regulation

Tax Alert on PMK 213/PMK.03/2016 that was issued by the DGT in December 30, 2016 on Transfer Pricing Documentation regulation.This new regulation is highly relevant to taxpayer who has related party transactions with MNE group members.

This PMK is effective since the date of enactment which is December 30, 2016, and applicable for FY 2016 onwards.
