Indonesian Tax Amnesty 2016 / 2017

As you may be aware of, the Tax Amnesty Law No. 11 Year 2016 is effective beginning July 1, 2016. From July 1, 2016 untilMarch 31, 2017 Indonesian tax subjects who have the annual obligation of filing Income Tax Return are able to participate in this one in a lifetime tax facility given by the government of Indonesia. Through Tax Amnesty, you can disclose incomplete or any unreported income (assets) in your previous tax periods without having to face prosecution by the tax authority or pay any tax penalty and past taxes that should be due, by paying a defined amount of redemption money.
