Reduction or Waiver of Administrative Sanctions

In order to increase the State’s revenue from taxes, Minister of Finance issued Minister of Finance Regulation No. 91/PMK.03/2015 about the Reduction or Waiver of Administrative Sanctions for the Delay in the Submission of Tax Return, Amendment of Tax Return, and Late Payment of Tax Payable, in order to encourage Taxpayers to submit their Tax Returns, pay or deposit any tax payable as it should be, and amend their Tax Returns for Fiscal Year 2014 and previous years in 2015.
